- I am a 27 year old fitness professional who currently resides in Newark, DE. I haven't always been the picture of health. At the age of 12, I was classified as obese, weighing in at 162 pounds. Growing up as a “latch-key kid” in the 80’s, I would come home and watch television while drinking Kool-Aid and eating chips. Oprah was one of my favorite programs and I was motivated by her first weight-loss success story. I decided on that day to change my habits and lose weight. It first started with drinking one glass of water after school before I began my work out. Eventually I added more glasses of water, fruits, vegetables and eliminated Kool-Aid and junk food. By the time I was 14, I had lost over 30 pounds. In another two years, I lost an additional 10 pounds, graduating high school at my goal weight of 122 pounds. I an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach. From teenagers to mature adults, I educate them on how to simplify workouts and meal plans to fit in a demanding lifestyle. I am eager and ready to help any and all create healthy lifestyles for a lifetime.
